Wholesale Pricing Sheet
Enter today’s par rate and pricing data for each loan program. The buydown cost curve rebuilds automatically. Conv and VA use direct data points — paste all rows from the sheet.
FHA uses a 2-point curve. Find par (price ≈ 100) and the deepest rate’s cost. Example: 4.25% at price 94.837 = 100 − 94.837 = 5.163 pts.
Conv uses direct data points. Copy the Rate and Price columns from LoanSifter. One row per line, comma-separated. Cost = 100 − price (positive = discount, negative = rebate).
VA uses direct data points. Only enter below-par rows (where cost is positive). Rebate rows at higher rates are used for the lender credit insight.
